Refund and Returns Policy

At Ring Suri, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help! Please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used baby products, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@ringsuri.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product in its original condition, along with any accessories or documentation, to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as for returns and initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly process exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Returning a Gift

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the gift order number. The gift can be returned for a store credit or an exchange for another product.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

8. Final Sale

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please make sure to review the product details before purchasing.
