  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping methods and rates will be calculated during checkout, based on your location and the shipping method selected. Available options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery. Additional fees apply.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders, with delivery in 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time to qualify). Additional fees apply.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check the checkout page or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest offers.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method and destination. During the checkout process, you will be shown the total shipping cost before finalizing your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please check for details at checkout.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and customs duties or import taxes may be imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Carrier Delays: We use trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package is in transit, we rely on the carrier for timely delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but not received. In such cases, we recommend checking with your local post office or the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or issuing a replacement or refund if necessary.
